Welcome to Wild Pace Turkey (the “Site”), owned and operated by Navantix LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and offerings, including guided tours, accommodations, travel planning, vehicle rentals, activities, and consulting. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Services

Wild Pace Turkey provides travel-related services, including but not limited to:

• Accommodation bookings
• Vehicle rentals

Bookings can be made directly through the Site or via email and contact forms. All services are subject to availability.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account to book services, manage bookings, and access your user panel. Social login options (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) are also available. By registering:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are liable for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.

3. Booking, Payment & Pricing

• Services may require a deposit or full payment upfront, depending on the offering. Most services require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking.
• All prices are guaranteed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Tailor-made services may require additional pricing or consultations.

4. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Cancellations by You

• More than 30 days before service: Full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees.
• 15–30 days before service: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before service: No refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Rescheduling

• We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
• Additional fees may apply depending on timing and type of service.

4.3 Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, or operational issues), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. User Conduct

By using the Site and our services, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Submit false or misleading booking information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten staff or other users.
• Upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access for users who violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site—including text, images, branding, and media—is owned by us or licensed for our use (including stock media).
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.
• Users may upload their own photos or videos for community sharing or service reviews. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for promotional purposes.

7. Third-Party Services & Social Logins

We use trusted third-party providers for specific services, including:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• Social login options: Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, functionality, or security. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimers

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Wild Pace Turkey shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Travel delays, service disruptions, or risks inherent in outdoor or adventure activities.
• Injuries or losses that occur during any third-party or booked activity.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Nevşehir, Turkey.
