This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which bookings may be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled, and applies to all users who book services through our website or by email.

This policy applies to all services offered by Wild Pace Turkey, including:

• Guided tours and day trips
• Accommodation bookings
• Travel planning and consulting
• Vehicle rentals
• Bike rentals
• Equipment rentals
• Custom and tailor-made itineraries
• Activity bookings and packages

2. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified, most services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance may be due before the start of the service or upon arrival, depending on the service type.

3. Cancellations by You

3.1 Standard Cancellation Terms

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy applies:

• More than 30 days before service date: Full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g., transaction or service provider costs).
• 15 to 30 days before service date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 15 days before service date: No refund is issued.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

Some services, including but not limited to last-minute deals, high-season packages, or partner-operated bookings, may be labeled as non-refundable. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3.3 How to Cancel

You may cancel your booking by:

• Logging into your user panel on our website and managing your bookings
• Sending an email to info@wildpaceturkey.com with your booking reference number and cancellation request

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your booking instead of canceling:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original service date.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
• Additional charges may apply if the new date or service incurs higher costs.

5. Cancellations by Wild Pace Turkey

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a service due to:

• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Health or safety concerns
• Low participation (for group tours)
• Force majeure or unforeseen operational issues

If we cancel a booking on our end, you will be offered the following options:

• A full refund
• A credit toward a future booking
• Rescheduling the service at no extra cost

6. No-Shows

If you fail to appear for your scheduled service without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

7. Custom & Tailor-Made Itineraries

Due to the complexity and coordination required for custom travel planning, cancellations for tailor-made itineraries are handled on a case-by-case basis. In most cases:

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once planning has begun.
• Expenses already paid to third-party providers on your behalf (e.g., hotels, transport) are non-refundable.

8. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. This offers peace of mind and helps protect your investment.
