Confidentiality Agreement

This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how Wild Pace Turkey (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a subsidiary of Navantix LLC, handles confidential information provided by our users, customers, partners, and service providers. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of all sensitive information shared with us.

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets forth our policy to protect and maintain the confidentiality of non-public, sensitive, or proprietary information that is disclosed to us through the course of providing travel services, consulting, bookings, and business operations.

2. Definition of Confidential Information

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal details such as full name, address, contact information, passport data, and travel documents
• Business information, travel plans, itineraries, or preferences shared during consultation
• Payment and transaction-related data
• Custom service requests or arrangements that are unique to the user
• Any non-public information clearly marked or reasonably understood as confidential

3. Our Commitment to Confidentiality

We agree to treat all Confidential Information with the highest degree of care and to implement appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or loss of such information.

3.1 Use of Confidential Information

We will use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual or service obligations, such as processing bookings, providing travel recommendations, or executing travel plans.

3.2 Information Sharing Restrictions

We will not share, disclose, sell, or otherwise distribute Confidential Information to third parties except under the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe for payments) strictly for the purpose of providing requested services
• Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order
• In the event of a legal claim, fraud investigation, or business audit

4. Confidentiality Obligations of Users

In some cases, users or business partners may gain access to confidential materials, data, or internal communications from Wild Pace Turkey. In such cases, you agree to:

• Not disclose or reproduce any internal documents, system details, or business methods
• Not share access credentials to accounts, panels, or secured areas of the site
• Use any information obtained for its intended, authorized purpose only

5. Data Security Practices

We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect Confidential Information, including:

• Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission
• Restricted access to sensitive information
• Regular data backups and system updates
• Use of reputable third-party services for secure authentication and payment

6. Duration of Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and for a reasonable time thereafter to comply with legal or business obligations.

7. Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your Confidential Information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and take appropriate steps to contain and mitigate the breach.

8. Exceptions

The obligations in this Agreement do not apply to information that:

• Was publicly known at the time of disclosure
• Becomes publicly known without breach of this Agreement
• Is disclosed by a third party legally entitled to do so
• Is independently developed without reference to the Confidential Information

9. Modifications to This Agreement

We may update this Confidentiality Agreement periodically to reflect changes in law, business practices, or technology. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
